The Veneer Procedure
Once your custom veneers are ready, we will clean your teeth, apply the dental adhesive, and securely place the veneers on your teeth. A dental light helps harden the adhesive, and by the end of your appointment, your veneers are set. Following completion of the procedure, there are no dietary restrictions.
How Durable Are Dental Veneers?
Veneers can last anywhere from 7 to 15 years with proper care. The good news is that maintaining them is as simple as taking care of your natural teeth. You should continue brushing twice a day for two minutes, flossing daily, and using fluoride toothpaste to protect your veneers and keep them in top shape. Keeping up with good oral hygiene is key to extending the lifespan of your veneers.
